tdiu Where To Find Form For Voc Rehab?
Can anyone tell me where on the damn web I can find that form? It has to be available online, everything else in the known universe is, but I can't find it anywhere. Does anyone know where it is? I'd like to apply. I just found out that while on STD from work they've pretty much replaced me, and I think I better start getting my duckies in a row. Also, how likely does anyone think it'll be to get TDIU? I'm rated 80% overall, 70% for bipolar <40% on random other crap that somehow only equals 10% in VA math>, I've been hospitalized six times in the last three years, my average GAF score on the med records that I have is about 40-45, and I've had my VA doc put …

ptsd Need Help Calming Down, Voc Rehab And So Problems
Ok here it goes. I've been living in my hole for the past year and this is the week that I need to file for a reconsideration on my PTSD at 50% and my unemployability. According to the regs, since I'm 70% now and over 40 for one they have to consider me for unemployability. I have struggled to come to terms with this but the more I screw stuff up, the more I agree with my Voc Rehab counselor. but thanks to my Psych, writing that I was temporarily unemployable, thinks I can work eventually that PTSD is curable. So now I have to have an indepent contractor on Friday. I called him just now to let him know I got his letter and called him. I guess since I seemed somewh…

hypertension Death Certificate
Hi everyone, My brother-in-law passed away last year and my sister applied for DIC. He was service connected for non-Hodgkin's lymphoma even though he was treated by them for several other conditions. He had been going to the VA for years but just got service connected in May 2004 and died in June 2004. My sister sent VA in Ohio a letter after his death to reopen his case but has not heard from them concerning it. They just recently sent her a letter in April denying her DIC stating the following: 1. We granted death pension benefits effective June 2, 2005 2. We couldn't approve your claim for accrued benefits 3. We have denied your claim for service connected dea…

Lowball States - How Will They Manage The Volume Of Claims?
If all these claims are likely to be reopened, and possibly new ones filed, how are they going to deal with the huge volume? Special teams? For NOD's already filed, is it better to DRO (hoping they will get them out of the way fast to clear their desks for the coming avalanche) or to appeal, moving them out of the local office? Joe t

ptsd ? On Bilateral Math Need To Verify
Since I can only find one example in the cfr38 that states that 10% bilateral you combine to 20% and take 10 percent which adds up to 21? does there 10% always equal a 1 added to the combination. Also if one had a bilateral of 40% +40% = 80%???? then add the 1 or would it be 4 for 10% of 40? If so then I think this will make sense from now on. I never could figure out before why they ran the percentages alway across the table. I can see now that if I'm 50% for PTSD and have 40%bilateral in both legs/feet, then even though it would equal 81 or 84 you would still use the 50 first then the 84/81 then the others such as 30,20, or 10. If this is right, (I hope it is)…

Requested Copies Of C&p's, Got Big Envelope, Got Other Peoples Med Reports!
I requested copies of 7 C&P exams Ive had in the last 5 months. The big envelope came yesterday. The first two report are for two of my 7 C&P exams. Then it gets wierd. In total, I got three other veterans info/ a couple of misc. inter-office emails printed out/ a VA inter-office memo on Asian/Pacific Heritage month/ a print out for a GI loan including loan #, amount, transaction codes Of the other veterans info, one page is a BIRLS Veteran Identification page on another veteran including SS#, DOB, EOD, RAD, etc..... I cant believe this. How careless do you have to be to throw all this stuff in an envelope. Seems like this person just cleaned off…

tdiu Possible Help Link For Tdiu Here.
I was doing some research, as I'm scracthing my head at the conflictiing reports of my Vet Center therapist, and my Psych at the VA. The Psych filled out in an evaluation form for the Voc. Rehab people, that she considered me "Temporarily" Unable to have gainful employment. Well lo and behold here is a little diddy about "temporary" TDIU. There seems to be a difference between that and Perm. and Total. I'm looking forward to adding this to my claim as I have been crushed finacially the last 3 years from my issues. If I should ever work again, that would be fine with me, but all I know is the last 3 years have been hell. Somehow my wife has stuck in there with me…
