https://www.uscourts.cavc.gov/index.php

At their home page there are links to their decisions to this page:

https://efiling.uscourts.cavc.gov/cmecf/servlet/TransportRoom?servlet=CaseSearch.jsp

You will  need the name of the claimant, and hopefully you know who represented them.

The yy-nnnn thing helps a lot if you have their Docket number....or put something into that date range.

Also you can try to google US CAVC and their name.

Only the CAVC can issue a precedent decision.

Mark Lippman repped him at the BVA- maybe even at the CAVC---he might remember the case- or maybe Dr Bash would...it would be worth calling them.

I was just talking to Jerrel Cook and we will be discussing Lyme disease as part of the Blog Radio show Monday night...it is something we have not discussed yet and I imagine many vets  could get Lyme disease during their service. And we will try to do an update on the Liver Fluke situation.

A "precedent" case is a CAVC case which is "En Banc" or "Panel".  A single judge CAVC decision is not considered precedential.  Any Federal Circuit case is precedential, and, of course, any US Supreme Court case is always precedential.
