Put in for tdiu,waiting for the results,deciding to put in for ssdi also.If I get ssdi and get tdiu,can they take away the tdiu

Just got my report back from my c&p exam for my heart,I am a vn vet and they said, veteran has ischemic heart disease , (coronary artery disease) with cardiac hypertrophy.I have 8 METS.The rating should be 30% with the cardiac hypertrophy.They ask me if I had chf and I said no,went through my old progress notes and they said I do have chf,would the rating be higher if I would of told them that I had chf also.

When I went for the cp exam,she ask me 2 or 3 times if I had chf and I said no.I can't remember if I told her that I have cad.It should be in her notes that I gave her from the hospital that I have cad.I hope I didn't mess up,if I did not tell her,beginning to worry about this.

Sorry, I meant chf instead of chd.

Had a cp exam for my heart for ao,I am a vn vet,they ask me if I had chd,I said no.I found out that I have cad,it is in my records.Is there a diffence between the two,and did I say the right thing that I didn't have chd?

METS 8 LV ejection fraction=55% RV ejection fraction=56% also from prior test ( last year test ) there has been resolution of the reversible ischemia I heard that having concentric hypertrophy should be rated at 30%

what percentage do you think they will give for having cad,with scierodegenerative mitral valvular with mild insufficiency and left ventricular hypertrophy with normal overall function.

I AM GOING FOR A C&P EXAM NEXT WEEK FOR MY HEART,I SEND IN ALL THE IMFORMATION AND THEY HAVE REPORTS OF ME, HAVING CAD, FROM MY DOCTORS . WHAT ARE THEY GOING TO ASK ,IF THEY HAVE ALL THE IMFORMATION ALREADY FOR THIS ILLNESS?

Next week I am going to make a appt. to see what is happening with my knees and feet,my back is hurting a lot and I am suppose to get a shot on the 16 of july for my back.

I am sc for lower back pain and I am having trouble with pain in my knees also my feet are swelling up,can the back cause these problems?

I have enough percentage to qualify for iu,I am rated at 90% ,with two disabilities at 50% and others that total to 90%

When I put down what sc disability condition prevents me from securing or following any substantially gainful occupation in box 6,on 21-8940 form.Will they still consider my other disabilities also or just the one I put down. Stil confuse with this new rule about applying for tdiu,I apply months ago.

I am a vn vet and I file for ao,for cad(Bradycardia,and coronary atherosclerosis of native coronary vessel) a few months ago with my results from my doctor.I just receive the letter from Janesville Wis.and I just had a stress test last week.Do you think the va has enough imformation about me having cad with the doctor's report that they have already or should I also send in the stress test that I just had?

I am a vn vet,file for cad and went to see a doctor for a stress test and found the my heart skips a beat on the right side of the heart.Even though I file a claim for sc for cad,does this recent problem fall under the cad claim? Should I send in the results that I just had to the dav.

When you file for a certain sc disability that prevents you from securing or following any substantially gainful occupation do they also consider your other sc disabilties for tdiu?

WHAT ODDS DO YOU THINK I HAVE IN RECEIVING TDIUI FOR MY HEADACHES ,SC AT 50%,NOT WORKING NOW,90% TOTAL.WILL THEY LOOK AT MY OTHER DISABILITES AS WELL,I ALSO HAVE NECK PROBLEMS.I AM 65

DEWY I ALSO HAVE MIGRAINE HEADACHES RELAYED TO AN INJURY IN VN.MY PAIN IS ALSO ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE HEAD,THEY JUST KEEP GIVING ME DIFFERENT TYPES OF PILLS THAT DON'T HELP AT ALL .ALOT OF MY PAIN IS FROM MY NECK AND I THINK THAT IS CAUSING MY HEADACHES.I GET 50% FOR THEM.I KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GOING THROUGH.DON'T GIVE UP AN KEEP ON GETTING TREATMENT,ARE THEY SC. LOL

Just came back from a va appt.told the MH doctor about one doctor wouldn't write a statment about my headaches,that I'm thinking of filing for IU.He said he would (on a special form) that doctors have ,claiming IU for PTSD (50%) and for my headaches he said my primary doctor would have to also file a special form,hope he does. Do you think one of these doctors will help me,with this form,in getting IU.

I AM A 90% VET AND THE DAV REP TOLD ME TO GET THE DOCTOR TO WRITE A LETTER STATING THAT I CAN'T WORK BECAUSE OF MY HEADACHES (50%) THEY SAID EVERYTHING IS IN MY TREATMENT NOTES ABOUT MY HEADACHES AND WILL NOT WRITE THE LETTER.I'M NOT WORKING NOW AND I THINK I SHOULD STILL PUT IN FOR TDIU,DO YOU THINK I SHOULD STILL BE WITH THIS DAV REP OR GET SOME ONE ELSE TO HANDLE THIS.
