  1. condition does not present an exceptional disability picture which warrants an (extra-schedular evaluation.)
  2. On section 1,question3,should I put down that I don't remember if I was seen by a doctor the past 12months for this condition and should I put down the hospital that treated me for this condition in the past?

In Feb. 2008 I filed for a increase for a disability that I had,finally they gave me a cp exam on appeal in Feb.2012 and they increase the rating,the question I have is they are going to go back to Feb.2012 and pay me the increase of the disability.I thought they would go back to Feb.2008 instead of Feb.2012,when they gave me the exam.The only evidence that I have is va treatment reports and EM reports for this disability from getting treated since 2008 which they have..

  13. Had cp exam in Feb. 2012 and did not get any answers yet,how much longer should I wait before I go and see the DAV rep?
  14. Had cp exam for my headaches and get 30% for them trying to get a higher rating.On the exam they wrote that I been working part time and is planning not to work in the near future because of the pain that I'm getting,can they put on iu without asking for it?

  16. Had a cp exam for my neck,I get 30% for headaches now,they said my neck trouble is causing my headaches.Can you tell what percentage I should get for my neck,also range of motion wasn't very good.

    coronary atherosclerosis of the native coronary vessel,is that the same as coronary heart disease.Can you file for ao for it also what is the percentage the va gives for it>?
  18. Been working part time,made over $16,000.00 this year.I would like to file for iu,can I file now or do I have to wait next year to file,planning to quit job now.
  19. What do you think my chances are to get SSDI,my conditions are PTSD 50%,headaches 30%,herniated nucleus pulposus DDD 20%, and chronic low back pain disorder. Also do you think I should use a lawyer when I file?

  24. Just went in the hospital and they found out that I have coronary artery disease also known as bradycardia ( slow heart rate) Should I file a claim for AO ?
