Just remember that most of us get our increases in small increments and have to fight the VA through appeals to get a high rating. Some for many many years

Dtown,
Congratulations on your increase. Your increase to a combned rating of 30% entitles you to travel pay for all future VA medical appointments. You can also request travel pay for prior VA medical appointments retroactive back to the date your 30% combined award became effective.

Congrats. You should get retro back to 03/2014. It may take a couple months to get the retro. My claim closed on 29 Oct 15 and DFAS said I won't see my retro until sometime in January 2016.
