Moved from Pfd ...to pfn ...still no news ...hopefully in a week or so

Mathew thats what i said when i read it but idk i went in and told him exactly how i felt no lies no fabrication ...i will appeal it most definitely

Berta i was diagnosed with ptsd in 2011 and referred to mental health while in the army....i have been seeing the mental health doc for a little over a year at the va clinic

I called my vso today ...didn't know i had one but he couldnt tell me anything

I put the claim in for sleep apnea just waiting now

been in pfd for 7 wks now .....still no movement and no one can tell me anything

been in prep for decision for 7wks ......is there any way to get and update other than ebenifits

I RECENTLY SUBMITTED A CLAIM FOR SLEEP APNEA .......I COMPLAINED SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT MY SLEEPING ISSUES AND BEING TIRED AND MY WIFE COMPLAINING ABOUT MY SNORING ..I HAD A SLEEP STUDY DONE WHILE ON ACTIVE DUTY 2012 AND THE RESULTS CAME BACK THAT I DIDN'T HAVE SLEEP APNEA BUT I DID HAVE A SLEEPING DISORDER...I WAS GIVEN THE SNORING MOUTHPIECE , LUNESTA , AND....METHACARBAMOL TO HELP WITH THE SLEEP DISORDER BUT IT ONLY WORKED FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS I HAD THE MOUTHPIECE ADJUSTED AND STILL WAS TIRED DURING THE DAY AND WIFE STILL COMPLAINED ABOUT ME SNORING ......AFTER I GOT OUT I KEPT TALKING TO MY DOC ABOUT MY SLEEP ISSUES AND ASKED FOR ANOTHER SLEEP STUDY AND THE RESULTS CAME BACK SEVERE SLEEP APNEA ....I SUBMITTED A FULLY DEVELOPED CLAIM WITH STATEMENTS FROM MY WIFE AND MY A BATTLE BUDDY FROM DEPLOYMENT THAT ALSO COMPLAINED ABOUT MY SNORING...AND THE RESULTS FROM BOTH SLEEP STUDIES I KNOW A LOT OF CASES GET DENIED FOR SERVICE CONNECTION BUT ITS WORTH A TRY I THINK ....JUST ASKING FOR OPINIONS
