But it wasn't a Cue claim,, it was a reconsideration claim that was easy fix and a lot of claims have mistakes that we can get fix without waiting for years . Thanks for clarifying this

I don't think a review and a CUE decision is the same thing . If a decision was not final VA can go back and correct an error if it was made but it wont be a cue win unless it says on decision we made an error on your decision. Cue is not an easy thing to win but glad you got it. I think a lot of problems with claims filing is when we get the wrong ideal about what and how to file and a lot filing cue claims when you still have appeals rights. VA will call a cue on themselves if they find an error . Who cares, as long as it works? I care because it don't work that easy for a lot of vets and it adds to the appeals claiming CUE and decision that is not final It work for you and that's good but it wont help the next in line

can you find anywhere in 38 cfr that says what is a CUE REVIEW OR something that is made up

When looking for an attorney don't just hire the first one who accepts your claim without doing a BVA SEARCH on this attorney. When you search decisions at BVA just type your attorney name and it will pull up all his cases, win and lost. Hope it help somebody
