The veteran has not worked in 5 years. Retired disable govt. worker. He is IU 100% now. He is 70% PTSD. Should he put in a claim for increase to 100%?

[Va Can't Tell A Friend What Going On With Claims]

Hello Veterans Friends, I help a friend with 4 claims with the Baltimore VARO. Claims turn in March09 and went to Rating Board on Sept 30,09. Jan 23,2010,VARO unable to tell him if they are working on the claims. Should I drive him to the VARO to get information on claims? I need a reply

I called IRIS and was told the Baltimore VARO did not update the claim in the computer. They did not know what if the VA was working on the Claim. The 800 number told me the same thing. VA 800 number told me it was in the Rating board in Sept 2009. Now they can't tell me anything about the claim. So, what next to day? I need help

Hello My claim went to Rating on Sept 30,2009. I called them every 2 weeks to see what they doing with my claim. I was told the claim with be done before Jan. 2010. Keep calling the VARO.

Yes, I got a call from the B'More VARO if I don't have any other information they with process my Claim. A veteran that have several SC% = to 90% IU. If the VA give him two others rating as 60% and 30% today. What SC% would he be now? A DAV SO told him he may get extra $500. a month. Can this be true? ;) :D :P

I will start on my SSDI papers today. I get all my treatment at the VAMC. The VARO is just holding up the claim. Thanks you. I been dealing with the VARO since 1979. They take their time doing claims.

All my problems after Prostate Surgery from the VAMC since Dec2007. I have been wearing Depends since Dec.2007 10 Pads per day due to IC. I get all me medical treatment at the VA. The Baltimore MD VARO have my claim Jan2009. I call the 800 which was in The Midwest and don't know what Baltimore VARO done with my claim. After 10 minutes, VA states that they my VA medical records from the VAMC in Washington,DC which is 50 miles from Baltimore VAMC never arrived to the Baltimore,MD VARO. This what holding up my claim. I could had pick up my records from DC to Baltimore in least than one hour. Can't the VARO do better than this? Congress please Help our Veterans with Claims
