Hello My Veterans Friends, I'm apply for the Adapted Housing Grant in March2009. They asked for evidence to show for the SAH Grant. I have low back problems,and I'm requires to use a cases and knees braces and a walker at home for balance when walking. VA states that you have to have a vision of 5/200 or less in both eyes. I wears eyes glasses also. I don't know my vision yet. What do the Doctor need to write for me to get the SAH Grant? Please I need help now.

He injure his neck,shoulder,arms & hands in a fall and never file a VA when he got out in 1979. How should his Dr work his letter to the VARO for SC? He need a answer soon, So I can get back to him.
