tssnave
Tag along question to cowgirl's: If you have the bulk of your C-file from a previous request and want to get whatever they have in there SINCE the original request (ie, please send me anything in my C-file since Jan 1, 2005) will they charge you for the "second" request which is really a "new" request for evidence that wasn't present in your first request for you C-file? (hope that made sense) Do you need to cite any reg to make sure they don't charge you for the evidence in your C-file since the last time you requested a copy of your C-file? Thanks, TS
