New Cola Rate For 2008

Has anyone heard about the new Cola rate for 2008?

Will use the allocated Cola increase as best possible to pay 2.3% more taxes as proud American citizen.

Would like a lump sum payout for disability compensation right now. Thats in consideration that if I weren't disabled, I'd be at peak income earning towards private retirement including medical.

Waves at Jimmy's post, yes, Maslow concepts but do Krogers, Allstate, HUD, BP, Walmart, Community Colleges,pee wee leagues, Humana Healthcare and Funeral homes 'accept' 2.3% CPI?
