Be sure and take someone who knows you well for support. Other than that if you have a lawyer let them do their job.

Proof of 100% P&T should put your claim over the top.

Good Luck

Veterans deserve real choice for their health care.

Lee, When I had my hearing last month, I arrived an hour early. When you check in they should let you review the file to make sure they have everything.

Important points to rember, the Judge and Vocational Expert work closely together. The Judge asks the questions. The Judge may also ask leading questions, so be aware of that.

Answer them to the best of your ability and tell them what you can and cannot do.

Good Luck and keep us posted.

A Veteran is a person who served this country. Treat them with respect.

A Disabled Veteran is a person who served this country and bears the scars of that service regardless of when or where they served.

Treat them with the upmost respect. I do. Rejection is not a sign of failure. Failure is not an option, Medical opinions and evidence wins claims. Trust in others is a virtue but you take the T out of Trust and you are left with Rust so be wise about who you are dealing with.

Well in my case the Judge waited over an hour. We gave up on that person showing up. Judge said "He would do both jobs". Asked me few questions about work. Not many. I thought it was good.

I hope they are recovered (Voc Rehab Person). Accident I think (8" of Snow on 21 Mar).

Anyway he (ALJ) said I could not work 1/2 a day and would approve in hearing.
