HadIt.com Elder rentalguy1 Posted January 21, 2008 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted January 21, 2008 Unless there is a removal of a portion of, or a deformity of the penis, then it isn't rated as a percentage. It is rated as loss of use of a sexual organ and paid at a special monthly compensation rate of "k," which is currently $91/month. Rating criteria from 38 CFR 4.115b: 7520 Penis, removal of half or more 30 Or rate as voiding dysfunction. 7521 Penis, removal of glans 20 Or rate as voiding dysfunction. 7522 Penis, deformity, with loss of erectile power
HadIt.com Elder john999 Posted January 22, 2008 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted January 22, 2008 If you have, for example, ED due to DMII the VA gives you 91 extra bucks. This money you take to the local casino and play the slots. This will take your mind off what you are missing. 91 bucks seems a small payment for the loss of quality of life. Oh, hell, after you have taken all your pain pills, blood pressure meds, anti-depressants and PTSD pills who cares about sex anyway.

If you have less than 30% of forward flexion in your spine, it becomes nearly impossible, and that's considering that your junk decides to work that day...Looks like I'm off to the reservation to hit the slots...lol

Hubby has this with his DMII claim, and is given 4 Viagra pills a month. (Not enough, but hey, you take what you can get). We recently found that although he has been getting his 91 bucks a month for years, they have been charging us for the Viagra so we are backclaiming for the copay.
