Response (Department of Veterans Affairs) 06/30/2008 02:42 PM

Ms. xxxxxxxx,

In response to your e-mail reply dated 6-28-2008 from our response dated 6-27-2008:

1) UNEMPLOYABILITY: We still have not received your VA Form 21-8940 from either the Roanoke VA Regional Office or an unnamed US Marine Corps recruiter.

2) DEPENDENCY: We are processing your claim for dependency because we received your request to add your husband, Rxx Wxxxxx xxxxx, to your compensation/benefits. We also received a VA Form 21-686c, Declaration of Status of Dependents.

3) HEADACHES: As stated in previous e-mail responses concerning your original headaches claim, the decision was made on March 23, 2004. You were notified of this decision on July 12, 2004. As a reminder, your appeal for headaches is being reviewed and our Appeals Team will notify you of the status upon completion of the review.

Thank you for contacting us. If you have questions or need additional help with the information in our reply, please respond to this message or see our other contact information below.

Sincerely yours,

Joseph R. Beaudoin

Veterans Service Center Manager

Send in a photo of your screw a veteran belt. Each notch reps a vet that you have screwed over. The more notches, the more of a friend you become to the RO. I think that 30 notches will give you senior friendship status. With senior friendship status they will only lose items such as initial claim filings, original NOD's and form 9's all they rest they will promise to keep track of!!!!!!

Hello Betty...

I find this whole sage unbelivable and worthy of a Life time movie...why can that RO office just concede and do what is right! instead of causing you and your family so much grief...at this point I would say it is harassement on there end...and if you could file a complaint with the EEOC due to the VA's incompentance causing a hostile eniviorment I most certainly will...the VA does work for you as a veteran and a tax payer...and should be held accountable for there blanted neglagence on how they have conducted the process of your claim.

but anyways lets keep it simple just send in another TDIU form and spray it with skunk scent and I am sure they will not forget who's TDIU form they have!

just wanted to let you know I am rooting for a happy outcome for ya

Thanks Tyme,

This is what I did. I had my husband take the whole blooming mess

to Senator Warners office on his way to work.

I had emailed ahead, that I wanted them to fax through my TDIU

papers and those from Social Security to Huntington.

He called to tell me that Leslie had sent it and it went straight

to the Congressional so that it will be hand delivered to the

Veterans Service Manager.

While I was doing that I also sent him a copy of the July letter

with the VA acknowledging my NOD for service connection for headaches.

It is plain as day and now they can read it for themselves.

They can call this a denial letter all they want to, but this is the

only letter I received from the DRO.

The VA really are paying a game of harrassement.

Thanks,

Betty
