Ron II
Has the VA gone back to a system where calls to the 1-800 number are normally answered by the applicable regional office? I've noticed that I've been assisted during my last seven calls by my servicing VARO, rather than the centralized system. Ron
Ricky
Consider the cost paid. The problem that I will have is they will probably only release me to a sane person. Although my wife will be with me see will be worse than I after have to put up with me during the ride! hahhahahahahaha

Ron II
The call center of which I was speaking was a centralized system that "appeared" to have been established nationally sometime earlier this year. There was significant discussion about that development on Hadit. Maybe there never was a national call center? Anyway, I am glad whenever I get to speak to someone who is in the same building as my file. Cheers! Ron
HadIt.com Elder Josephine Posted July 9, 2008 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted July 9, 2008 Ron, That old "CALL CENTER" is still around. I got them again this morning. I tried using my cell phone as it is a Virginia number and I did not receive Roanoke Virginia, it was back to South Carolina again. They don't really know squat about my claim. I did locate the Director of the Roanoke Regional Office telephone number and gave his secretary a call to see where my TDIU Form is Someone is susposed to call me. I do not expect them too. I am now ready to start putting off those left over " Firecrackers" under someone's A!!!!!!!!!!! Always, Betty
