Follow up with an IRIS, but don't freak out yet. They did the same to me when I filed 11 claims. It just takes them a little time to get them all loaded in to the system. If all the claims don't show in the system with a few weeks, then it will be time to start busting heads.

Purple,

They are many times confused, even if you just file one issue.

The reason to file on claims as soon as possible (with medical evidence)

is to preserve the Earliest Effective Date possible for your compensation

to be back dated to; when ever the claim is granted.

Sometimes this can mean several years of backpay due the claimant.

But you'll get the back pay no matter when the claim is filed as long as you have the medical evidence to show when the condition began.

I'm just saying that the VAROs seemed to get easily confused by one claim per person sometimes....to put several on them at once I think would be a bad idea.
