Tdiu For Over A Year Now, Actually Back To 2004, Time To File P&t?

Question

Hello all, it's been awhile as I had to take a break after my TDIU fullfillment. Went through the 6- Week PTSD program last year, and was trying to work on some issues for awhile. I recently had someone ask me to help them with their claim, and it got me to thinking about P&T. Originally while i was waiting for my DRO, I was in the process of going through Voc. Rehab. I was then declared by Voc. Rehab. to be eligible for their program, but then ineligible based upon the Dr's report saying I was unemployable. I then added that paper to my file but don't think it was used in the evidence of my TDIU. The help of what I gathered at Hadit.Com and my DRO i filed seemed to be enough. I also am thinking of filing for the P&T now, as when I got out of the PTSD program, the report that the Dr.'s at the group filed, was essential in helping me obtain my SSDI, for PTSD.

So I have a report from those Dr's. saying I'm not employable, my Voc Rehab rejection due to not being employable, along with the TDIU award before those two reports were had. I'm trying to search the site, but not coming up with any luck with finding information on this sort of thing. Anyone able to help me out a little or point me in the right direction. If I have to file for the P&T, should I go ahead and file for some other issues. I'm trying to limit my time in the system as I know a lot of people need help, but if I got to refile a bunch of crap, then I'm thinking of going in full barrell again. It took me about a year to get over my last bout with the VARO. But I need to get this stuff situated for my son. Thanks in advance.

10thFO,

Will one of your doc's write a note or letter in support

stating in their medical opinion, due to XXX, your service connected

disabilities are static in nature, ie: they feel your conditions have no

room for improvement.

jmho,

Carlie and Pete, thanks for the reply's, actually Carlie, the one Dr. wrote that in her medical opinion the combination of PTSD along with the Back problems rendered me that way permanently. That was part the reason Voc. Rehab turned me down, after i passed all their other criteria for inclusion. So further inclusion of the letter from her, and then the trained professionals, at the 6 week program, may be enough, but who knows. Thanks for pointing that out
