Bi-polar And Ptsd

Question

LOOKING AT WHAT C AND P EXAMINNER SAID I SEE BI-POLAR WHICH

THEY GAVE ME SERVICE CONNECTION , HOWEVER DOCTOR ALSO SAID

I HAD PTSD,AND PANIC DISORDER. I FILED A CLAIM FOR PTSD,BEFORE

THIS AND AND HAD TO CHANGE TO AQUIRED PSYCHIATRIC,BECAUSE

THEY SAID COULD NOT FIND NEXUS EVEN THOUGH I WAS HOSPITALISED

IN VIETNAM SAW PSYCHIATRIST,GIVEN THORAZINE. THIS IS NOT RIGHT

THEY ARE TRYING EVERY TRICK IN THE BOOK TO BEAT ME OUT OF MONEY.

Sorry=I stated this wrong:

'Has VA done a character of service discharge yet for you?'

Wat I meant is , is the VA determining the character of your discharge?

I assume you received a VCAA letter telling you specifically what the VA needed to have for that.

If you had a prior service period, with a HD, prior to the OTH discharge period make sure they know that.

With two periods it would be looked at as a conditional discharge if separated before fist full

Re enlistment to reenlist. Should have got a due process letter. Request a hearing
