After Fully Favorable

After receiving the fully favorable letter, what's next and how long does it take? The fully favorable letter said that the pay came from a different dept. Does this dept notify you of your backpay amount, monthly amount, and the time you will receive it?

Call them with the letters decision. They can and most likely will tell you. The Judge has to send it to Baltimore MD. to be processed.They are open late. When it is your backpay will be in the sent to the bank. It wont be more than a couple of weeks.

It won't take to long. I would guess a couple of weeks at the most. Just my opinion and experience.

If you have direct deposit the $$ will probably hit before you

get another letter or anything.

The decision letter is dated Sept. 16, so that's only been a little over 2 weeks. It seemed like it had been longer.
