Tig Posted November 1, 2008 Share Posted November 1, 2008 Can anyone out there translate this for me or put it in a nutshell, "VITAL M/R EXISTS-REVIEW VUPD MAYBE REQ AWD OVER 1 YR RETRO-REVIEW IF INCREASE" I came acrossed this in the remarks section of a VA 21-8947(C&P Award) while reviewing my C-file?? It sounds like that phrase may be money in your pocket. I would focus on that like a laser. They ignored vital records in my C-File for 37 years. The common usage is the Vanderbilt and Valparaiso University Police Departments--which I'm confident are not associated with your claim.
