i have to laugh, i've done that before. pete, i dont want to shock you or anything, but i think we think alike. hope you have recovered your humor from your last hospital visit.

i felt it was creepy that the foia officer (who is relatively new to the vamc west haven) was speaking with the DRO in togus. and the implication that i had dared him to do it was idiocy; it made me suspicious.

most of the treatment i have received through the VA has been so so--after they injured my left ankle, foot. i entered into a hellish period of time in my life that has continued since april 2005. and three plus years is nothing compared to what i have been reading.

i am lucky to be in togus. i saw an ankle surgery dpm and he put the full and correct diagnosis in a clinical note. he made an error and corrected it after i left a voice mail call. i saw at least ten different IMOs and only three would contribute to the case. my case will be decided december-january.

You can take an extra step by making a copy and have your SO certify it is a duplicate and note a copy to you by mail. Than mail it to yourself and don't open it unless there is a problem in front of someone who can verify that it is a copy of original mailed on the date of postmark.
