I Have A Dro Hearing Today

i dont no what go on but i will be at hearing be any advice this is about my cue claim. iam 90% sur i can win check last post for more detail need advice fast i am about to leavee for hearing

I got my heart diseasse rating bumped up from 0% to 60% just by appealing it to the DRO. I got a few extra tests and a C&P exam along the way. However, it was just sitting in front of the DRO that got me the major increase, so sometimes you just need to keep appealing. It did not involve any retro or an increase so it was an easy decision for the DRO. I did it for the purpose of DIC. Now if I drop dead from any sort of cardiovascular condition the VA will have a hard time denying a direct SC death for DIC. I think the only higher rating for heart disease of my type is 100%. I got this for myself without a VSO.

Congratulations john. I feel that if a person is persistent the will prevail just like you. I will continue to be my own rep along with my wife until I run into a wall. Then I may go another route. But for now it is working for us. No VSO's yet.

How did the hearing go today?? Just wondering because I have one coming up soon.

well and i had hearing today i think it well u no the dro is not going to say much but i use laws and reg and i see him writing alot of thing down so i think he aleast since were i was coming from.so told have to wiat until hearing is tape is doing how long does this take .well i agree with everyone i did my case myself and when form10%-100% so no i am no mad at vso i believe i no more about claim now then half of them i will get one if i have to go bva but until then i will do my self if i want something answer i will use aris.no one care for you better than yourself.

Thanks for the update and hope all works out well for you! I'm going to represent myself also. I do think we know a lot more about our claim and conditions than some VSO who spends 5 minutes reviewing your stuff because they are also very busy.
