Walgreen's

Question

All Walgreen's stores on TUESDAY's ONLY

off a 15% discount off your total purchase,

to include 15% off of an item with a sale price.

For some unknown reason you must make your

purchase at the cosmetics cashier and tell them

BEFORE they ring it up.

If you are a Military Veteran, Disabled Veteran

Military Retiree, Active duty or have a VAMC

or any Military ID, to include spouse of deceased,

just show any ID that shows Military association.

This does not apply to a VA employee ID.

The discount does not apply to Alcohol, Tobacco Products

and for an unknown reason ...... get this..... MILK.

And don't forget Lowe's is always 10% discount.

I try to spend my money where they honor service to our country.

BUT if you are a disabled vet you have to be 100% to be eligible. Less than 100% no go! Thanks.

Space "A" condo rentals, all over the world = $329 per week.

The last time we stayed using this site, we saved about $800. The property usually went for $1100 per week.

At my local VFW, I usually get around 5 free drinks from the other regulars, because I am such an awesome guy!

Just kidding. It is always good to hear there are some places that still honor discounts for us Vets.

But if you know a friendly 100% vet, he/she can purchase a "space A" gift certificate for the $329 + $50, that can be used by anyone.

sylvyn,

That's the card you show Lowe's.

Try to get in the habit - everytime you go to a register,

restaurant, movie, ask "Do you provide a discount for

disabled veterans ?'

Don't feel bad if they say "No", it doesn't ever hurt to ask,

and may encourage more companies to start doing so.

jmho,
