ptsd Confused!

MNANG(52D) from 94-97 perfect service, no problems..... joined RA in 97 suffered injury at Benning. Ended up getting OTH in 1999 with time missed(416 days) due to said injuries. Things unfolded in 05 when I got diagnosed with a slew of things like GAD,Panic disorder,Agoraphobia,Major Depression,PTSD and I think I have TINNITUS. So in short I have 94-97 NG time =good and 97-99 RA with a backmark= OTH with narrative reason "in lue of trial bt court martial" Any thoughts?

I sent it(NOD) certified mail, I followed Berta's suggestion to make exhibits a b c etc. When I got done I thought... This is 100% solid. I can back up everything on paper. Thank you all for helping out! Rikk. M

Whats the best way to get Med records? I tried NPRC and....NOthing. should I try again?

They just responded and sent me a 21-4138 with the option to....... # 1 Case reviewed by the decision officer ..................# 2 Case reviewed by the traditional appeal process. I have no idea what one to pick? I really don't wanna start guessing at this point.

If you have a good, tight, claim, then go with the DRO but keep in mind that you have a time limit on your Notice Of Disagreement, do not let that time toll while waiting on the DRO review.
