Ken1
My first claim files go back 20+ months anyway to help encourage the process? Or is this common? Thanks for any suggestion. Ken1

Guest Ryan
Seems to me the more you try to aid in expediting the process, the more they bull$hit their way to exuse their actions. On a positive note: There is one thing the VA benefits people, and I do agree on............That is that we hate each other passionately, but hey they started it. All I asked for is to be fair. HadIt.com Elder rentalguy1 Posted July 24, 2009 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted July 24, 2009 The only way to speed a claim process is to gather all the evidence and lay it out in a fashion that a fifth grader could understand from the beginning. Once a claim gets to the point yours is at, there is nothing that can be done, short of contracting cancer and having a doc say you only have months to live. sharon
Expedited claims are based on hardship, including whether the veteran is in immediate need, is terminally ill, has a verifiable financial hardship, or has a disability that presents an undue burden.
