Need Some Help On Where To Find Mp Records

I posted a while back about helping a sexual trauma victim she told me that there was nothing in her records that she could remember ,that I would not be able to findanything about her attack. and that she told no one HOWEVER I received her records today and they are a gold mine for her. Not only was it reported at the time but the MP's were informed because the person who committed the crime beat her up so bad that she was unconscious for 1/2 hour after the attack records show that a friend took her to the ER and the MP's were called. My question is does anyone know how I go about finding those MP's records. She has no memory about how violent the attack was except for the fact that he broke her nose. The records that I do have show that is was pretty bad. I desperately want to do a great job on this one for her.

I also have another question on her dd214 she was given an honorable but she and I are wondering what it means under authority and reason it says Chap 2. AR 635-200 SPD JBK the JBK and been circled in bold black marker any ideas as to what this stands for. Also another strange thing about her dd214 where she was suppose to have signed it upon separation it shows in place of her signature "separatee unavailable for signature" I have never seen one not signed.but then again I don't have a lot of experience with this sort of thing

It's an Arlington Va address where they store CID and MP blotter records, she needs to know the name of the person who attacked her and the date and post and units of the people invovled. I tried the same thing a few years ago, they told me I needed more information than a sp4 assigned to Co C 2/47 on the 13th June 1974 busted w/1000 hits of LSD at Fort Lewis Wa, they wrote me back saying they needed his name, exactly how many hawaiin guys that were Sp4's on 13 Jun 1974 with 1000 hits of LSD? So many they couldn't find the info from the blotter? But they blew me off, I found the records I needed thru the HQ DA Clerk of Court Office. Good Luck

her records show the day and time of the assault ,how could she be expected to know that much about her attacker?She has very little memory about it. She was unconscious when found and has no memory of being found or being taken to the ER, if the hospital called the mp's would the report of the attack and the resulting investigation be in her name?
