Hi All,

I received my official Social Security Disability letter today, that explained my back benefits amount as well as my monthly amount.

I also received my Medicare card.

Thanks for all of your help, I couldn't have done it without you hadit.com!

Oh, and by the way, do I have to sign up for Medicare Part D, I already received my medications free from the VA.

Thanks,

Cherie33

Cherrie:

Great News I always knew that you would win.

Part D is automatic I think. It does not cost anything except the copays and donut hole

Veterans deserve real choice for their health care.

Thanks my fellow Veterans,

Pete, I know that you Medicare Part D is something that you sign up for. I don't need it because I currently receive my medications from the VA for free.

P.S. My next step will be to fight for Permanent and Total.
