Denials Come On Saurdays?

Rate this question

Question

I ve been reviewing some of my decisions. It seems that the overwhelming majority of the denials came in the mail on Saturdays. I would bet that s planned event by VA so that the Vet has a couple days to simmer down before he can talk to someone.

Makes me not want to check the mail on Saturdays.

I like Saturdays. Saturdays are nice.

I asked my Wife to marry me on a Saturday.

She said "yes", on a Saturday (she had to "think" about it).

We were married on a Saturday.

Our Son was born on a Saturday.

Good things happen to me on Saturdays.

Saturday is our Sabbath, and that is a wonderful thing.

Saturdays = Good!

I got my last one on a Friday. Also after I appealled the last one and it was remanded yet again to the AMC. Also I spoke to the BVA contact whom told me today that now that my claim left and was remanded back it is now a 2009 claim. Does not matter that they screwed it up and got it back. So my old 2005 remand is now a 2009 remand behind all the 2007 remands. So essentially it's in the back of the line again. All this for an appeal of a 1998 decision.

Sucks Mike. I think that you shoul consider a Writ of Mandamus to make them do their job properly

Veterans deserve real choice for their health care.

Baruch Hashem!

"It is cold and we have no blankets.

The little children are freezing to death.

My people, some of them, have run away to the hills, and have no blankets, no food; no one knows where they are-perhaps freezing to death.

I want to have time to look for my children and see how many of them I can find.

Maybe I shall find them among the dead.

Hear me, my chiefs! I am tired; my heart is sick and sad.

From where the sun now stands, I will fight no more forever."
