HadIt.com Elder jbasser Posted October 22, 2009 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted October 22, 2009 (edited) Do it on a 21-4138 statement in support of claim. Fill it out and send it in. As long as you are not working. There is a chance they may have inferred Iu. If they did, they darn sure aren't going to tell you. slmabe63
Hello, I am new to this site. I applied for disablity for my back in May 2009. I had my C&P Exam two weeks ago, It was documented in my service record that I had a lumbrosacl sprain back in 87 (Im not sure of spelling) I was given flexaril at sick call. I was discharged in 1993, and have had many episodes of lower back pain. I went to VA clinic and was given Vicodin and TEMS machine. XRAYS say I have mild degenerative disease, nurse told me its called arthritis. I called VA this week and they said its now with the rating board since 10/14/09. My question is due I have a chance of getting disability and how long does it take once at rating board? I also have Depression and was going to submit a claim, but should I do so now, will it hold up my back claim. I would appreciate any answers anyone could give me. Thank you and God bless. :D
