Should I Get A Lawyer

Question

i was rated 90% and filed for tdiu and ss. my ssdi claim was turned down and i just recently sent in p. work on appeal. i just got rated 100% sc from the va and am considered housebound. at this point is a lawyer going to offer much help or should i go at this alone thanks for all the help erico

At this time a Lawyer would be a big help. They will get a small part of your retro but I think you will find the fee worth it many times over.

When was the most recent SSA denial - you might have time to

request a reconsideration.

If you are within the timelimits that would be the route to go.

Your VA 100 percent SC with housebound would be great medical evidence

for your SSA, SSDI claim.

Yes, I would say get an attorney.

Since you just recently got awarded housebound with 100% sc I would just send this evidence in. This new evidence will likely get you your SSD without an attorney getting involved and you get to keep all your hard earned benefits.
