Moderator pacmanx1 Posted March 18, 2010 Moderator Share Posted March 18, 2010 yup, yup, Congrats. :) B) B) My intentions are to help, my advice maybe wrong, be your own advocate and know what is in your C-File and the 38 CFR that governs your disabilities and conditions. Do your own homework. No one knows the veteran’s symptoms like the veteran. Never Give Up. I do not give my consent for anyone to view my personal VA records. Filed Jan. 19, 2010, got our reply dated Mar. 17, 2010. Hard to believe. Need to start again. How to start? He wanted 40% on DMII but we only had 3 out of 4 criteria. Do we need to get a DR. saying his activities need to be curtailed because of PN in both legs in order to get TDIU? any suggestions will be helpful. Wouldn't give any on HBP either(0%). He's got Asthma, and Sleep apnea/C-pap.. haven't filed on either of these. We need to connect the dots somehow Thanks e/Carolyn Oh BTW are you watching the game? e4766 USA Spc 5/Big Red One Company A 1st/5th ARTY Fire Direction Center
