yup, yup, Congrats. :) B) B)

My intentions are to help, my advice maybe wrong, be your own advocate and know what is in your C-File and the 38 CFR that governs your disabilities and conditions.

Do your own homework. No one knows the veteran’s symptoms like the veteran. Never Give Up.

I do not give my consent for anyone to view my personal VA records.

Can't believe it.. E just got a white letter in the mail. He got an increase from 40% to 70%. I like this forum's style, Thanks for allowing us to vent..Just want everyone to know that I would never presume to be a judge of someone I don't physically know anything about. Love y'll.

Carolyn

P.S. He didn't get all that he asked for but it's a start!!!

Hope springs eternal!

Louisville is pretty quick aint they. Congrats. Keep hammering away. If you need any help, let me know.

A Veteran is a person who served this country. Treat them with respect.

A Disabled Veteran is a person who served this country and bears the scars of that service regardless of when or where they served.

Treat them with the upmost respect. I do. Rejection is not a sign of failure. Failure is not an option, Medical opinions and evidence wins claims. Trust in others is a virtue but you take the T out of Trust and you are left with Rust so be wise about who you are dealing with.

Yeah they are. Filed Jan. 19, 2010, got our reply dated Mar. 17, 2010. Hard to believe. Need to start again. How to start? He wanted 40% on DMII but we only had 3 out of 4 criteria. Do we need to get a DR. saying his activities need to be curtailed because of PN in both legs in order to get TDIU? any suggestions will be helpful. Wouldn't give any on HBP either(0%). He's got Asthma, and Sleep apnea/C-pap.. haven't filed on either of these. We need to connect the dots somehow Thanks e/Carolyn
