HadIt.com Elder jbasser Posted April 6, 2010 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted April 6, 2010 Not very much longer. Do you have a VSO? If you do call them to see if they have seen the decision. J A Veteran is a person who served this country. Treat them with respect. A Disabled Veteran is a person who served this country and bears the scars of that service regardless of when or where they served. Treat them with the upmost respect. I do. Rejection is not a sign of failure. Failure is not an option, Medical opinions and evidence wins claims. Trust in others is a virtue but you take the T out of Trust and you are left with Rust so be wise about who you are dealing with.
carlie
I am ready to pay off my medical bills... Thanks Marti Marti, If you are now SC'd for ALS and your medical bills are for ALS, I personally would try to get VA to accept responsibility for the medical bills as I think you may have a good shot at them paying. If you don't try then you will never know. jmho, carlie Carlie passed away in November 2015 she is missed.
Marti
I tried to find out from the PVA.. He told me wait until you get the rating decision. Law says until you get the rating it is not allowed to be discussed.. I thought they already had a decision? Now I am really confused!
