masters,

Congrats !

If your doc's feel your condition is static in nature you can request P&T

just like anything else.

Also, do you get SSA benefits?

WONDERFUL!!!!

Good to hear the DAV helped and Dr. Bash turned the tide for me too!~ It is a relief isn't it to get it over with?

No P & T but what was the award- 100% or TDIU and did they say why they didnt award P & T?

You can always request that and send them any evidence that would show the condition s P & T.

GRADUATE ! Nov 2nd 2007 American Military University !

When thousands of Americans faced annihilation in the 1800s Chief

Osceola's response to his people, the Seminoles, was

simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we."

Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.

Thank you so much for all the kind words. I was awarded 100 percent not TDIU. I really wish it would have been P& T. I think I will leave it alone I do not want my 100 percent taken away or reduced. I figure with one million claims in the VA que I will try to fly low and slow and enjoy this huge victory.

Again thank you all.
