Occipital Nerve Block Procedure

Hello All Hope All Is Well.

Went to the VAMC today could not take the pain and numbness 5th and 6th vertebre are fused.

I get temporal headaches that just knock me off my balance.

Has anyone else had this procedure and your thoughts?

There was some temp.relief but I dont know if and how long this may last?

As for the injection CRUNCH and lots of pain radiate both up and down the body.

That's called "Ablation therapy". It did not work for me. I got it in my neck. If it works that's great. Think long and hard before you let them cut into your body. Often the operation is a success, but your pain will still be there.
