So that is why the VA ask me if I was an employee of the VA. When I told them that I was not the response was silence. I thought it might have been a placed on the VA shit list.

My husband's file was tagged Sensitive 7 when he worked for the VA.

Then when I re-opened his 1151 claim they wrote all over my C file cover 1151 CLAIM!!!!! At least that is what one my reps at the VARO told me.

and I found they had entries in the C file that I was a trouble maker.

And the entries are pretty funny to read.

It helped me to win my past claims by being on their Sh_t list.I kept right in their faces.

But, I have never been a VA employee. The research that I have done, the stolen laptop thing keeps popping up.

It is because I have a Lawyer working my appeals.

I don't think at all, that your file is Sensitive 7 because you

have appointed a lawyer for your claim.

If that were the reason we would have lots and lots of claimants

that would be Sensitive 7.

no, actually, I am a "sensitive" something, I just don't know what "rank" I'm at, whether a "7" or a "5" or a "10" or whatever?

comes with being a VSO and having offices in VA-owned facilities, I guess.............
