FYI - I recommend to all my non-working claimants that they file a TDIU application with their original claim, or as soon as possible, if they've already filed a claim. This saves them a loss of years of TDIU benefits when they subsequently win their claim. jmo

I have a file in progress since Oct. 09 and when I was let go forced to retire (in April) by my employer because of my SC disabilities. I sent in by fax a request that if I was not raised to 100% because of my disabilities I wanted to be considered for IU. Have not heard anything yet but could be shortly. I was already at 90%

I will post what comes down.

I suggest that you send copies of anything that supports your claim as they are not likely to approve any claim just cause you asked for it.

Veterans deserve real choice for their health care.

Be sure to submit a TDIU form as they don't award TDIU w/o the form.
