Notorious Kelly Posted July 11, 2010 Share Posted July 11, 2010 Mortarman- I'm no slouch with computers and the net (been online since 1993) but it took a call to tech support before I could log in to eBenefits: Call 1-800-983-0937 for eBenefits toll-free customer support. A live customer support representative will assist you Monday-Friday, 7am to 7pm CST. The site shows my claims as In Development although I've received $$ and the letter.
