Question

How can the VA say that a Disease had to manifest itself within a year of exposure? when they didnt even recognize the disease until the veteran was ETS,d and many years down the road to deal with it.

I was'nt even diagnosed with PN until I was given an exam for SSDI in 2009

Back in late 2004 had 43 radiation treatments for the Prostate Cancer. Best I can remember, the PN started in 2000 & was tested on lower limbs about that time. The hands have been problem since 2007. The radiation, without a doubt, is the best treatment I have ever had that was related to the VA. They sent my to outside hospital & stayed five nights a week in hotel, home on weekends.
