Presenting A Claim

Rate this question

Question

# 1 : Does anyone have a recommended "outline" of presenting a case?

I just turned my requesting medical history in to my veteran service officer. And now that I've done that, I feel that I have turned in an elementary level case. So I am already beginning to work on my new version of it.

#2 : Am I allowed to turn in a PowerPoint presentation for my case, as long as I have all of the hard copy paperwork to go with it?

I would be more comfortable in my ability to present my case through a computer program in a clear fashion.

is this for a hearing? If for a regular claim I would just type up the highlights like a termpaper cover sheet and cite various places/dates/forms. You can't really 'do' a PPT or a videography to the RO, and the C&P docs probably don't have time (though they should make time), though I would think it to be immensely helpful during a C&P for some conditions like mental health or ambulatory.
