HadIt.com Elder MikeR Posted December 17, 2010 Author HadIt.com Elder Share Posted December 17, 2010 Well I spoke with the VA Cleveland yesterday and they indicated that I had been rated and a letter had been sent out which I have not yet gotten in the mail. 10% from 1998 until 2006 100% for 3 months and then 1 Feb 2007 20%. I don't know what retro amount you can expect-and hope that comes very soon but if you need an IMO,to appeal for higher rating this is time to save some of that cash for an IMO- GRADUATE !
