Arizona Back Log

Rate this question

I called the 800# today(my weekly check in) and they informed me that Arizona has over 22,000 pending claims; This state has lots of retirees.

And on the issue of E-benefits, I was advised my suspense date reads 16 February now, not December 16, 2010. This will not show up in E-benefits, still shows the same old information when it is up. For 3 months this wasn't updated. THey put the suspense date as the next time someone will look at it, or update it. ANd all claims are being decided, including agent orange claims, no discrimination. I believe no one is updating this site(at least not for Arizona). I asked them how many claims per week or month were they processing, couldn't answer that.

I couldn't see why my state has had a substantial increase in retiree claims when the economy is terrible, very few jobs.

Also-the site is down due to some major changes?
