Question
Mr cue
i had and elbow claim that was granted by bva from services 1993. amc handle and granted me 0% effective 2007 and say i have to appeal this to the court.
how is this right it took 18 yr for them to grant this i dont i get to nod or appeal the wrong effective date anything on my first go of this not right.
no one will take my paper about this been to ro and fax thing to amc about this and will they try to say i never nod.and close my claim decision was june 2010
need help with this issue.
