Looking for some help.

VA Form 21-8947 is an internal Compensation and Pension Award Form.

I'm trying to figure out what the different codes on it means.

All help is appreciated.

I hope these are what your looking for. If they make sense you'll know.lol Code 37 meant that what was ok'd was Service Connected, Code 41/(a) means that special adaptations to housing is approved or special adaptive housing is approved. And the code 00 meant both disabilities( hand/legs combination) was approved. Hope this makes sense.Mike
