You're going to worry yourself to death trying to cross the T's and dot the I's and miss the deadline to file. File it now, keep it simple, and the take the family on a vacation. tom91 Posted June 4, 2011 Share Posted June 4, 2011 I have gone through the same scenario as follows: -Ptsd filed april 2009 -Denied november 2009 -38CFR changes effective july 2010 -Filed reconsideration sept 2010 - no action as of oct, filed NOD just prior to 1 year deadline -c&p completed dec 2010 in lieu of reconsideration - recon w/rating bd as od jan 2011 - april 2011 reconsideration closed/canceled - may 2011 appeal rated - just waiting on my letter!
