Berta
Fabulous news! GRADUATE ! Nov 2nd 2007 American Military University ! When thousands of Americans faced annihilation in the 1800s Chief Osceola's response to his people, the Seminoles, was simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we." Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.

USNDW
Congrats. Working at 100% will not raise any flags. Working with IU would raise flags, but since the claims is not 100% for PTSD, it really wii not matter if you work or not.

Armyvet1987
Thanks everyone, I really hope they can get a better system going with some of these claims, I talked to a Desert storm vet that says he has been waiting on an appeal for 4 years. Is there any other benefits that come with 100% I should know about like state or anything? Thanks
HadIt.com Elder Pete53 Posted June 18, 2011 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted June 18, 2011 If the VA ordered a C&P cause you went to School they would be wrong. School is a chance for rehab. After you finish school and get a job would be the correct time to order a C&P if they wanted to do so. Congrats I am very happy for you..I saw on news other night that VA estimates over 800,00 Veterans that served in this last go around have PTSD. It does not mean that they all cannot work. Going to school and getting a job are a possible goal that you can shoot for. Veterans deserve real choice for their health care.
