Please clarify - what is your question ?

I went in the military at 17. I got hurt three time while in basic training. They let me out of the military because the said I had bilateral spondylolysis which alleged I had prior to service.

After I got out. I went to the VA hospital and got a c&p exam of my back. There was xrays done and the radiologist didnt find bilateral spondylolysis.

I continue to fight so I apply for disability in the same year. I was denied service connection for my condition saying I had congenital bilateral spondylolysis. I just learned through looking at all my medical records and VA exams (5 of them) that all xrays, cat scans and mri says " no finding of congenital bilateral spondylolysis".

The weird thing is all them VA doctors...sign all of their dications saying that I did have this condition and is the cause of my current back condition but they forgot to read all there radiologists reports stating I didnt have congenital bilateral spondylolysis. WHat can I do?

I don't understand ypour question, like everyone else has said and asked, please elaborate a little..

I have been misdiagnosed a zillion times...

I have been treated for things I didn't have and have been not treated for things they missed..

Serious things, life threatening conditions..

but this thread is about you..

Not in appeals, since I got 100%, and some of it was winning an 1151 negligence, which the VA turns out does not give ful benefits if you win 1151 negligence they squirm and legal loophhole you and your family out of many benefits, really crapp nasty bunch running the va benefits, they wil backstab and scre wyou even if you win you lose. I was let out the military because I was injuried. When I got out I apply for benefits. When they got my private medical records which I gave them, they said I had an injury prior to services which was congenital bilateral spondylolysis. Which is a condition that a person is born with concerning the back.

But when I had about 5 c&p exams the radiologist states " no sign of congenital bilateral spondylolysis". But the doctors that did the exams state on the reports that I did. And that condition was prior to service.

When I got denied. The VA Ro stated " you had a congenital bilateral spondylolysis problem prior to service which you was born with. So your case remains denied".

I research this condition and it doesnt just magically disappears. It stays with you for a life time.

So my question is. Is this a CUE and is this a clear case of malpractice. Cause the doctors lied on record saying I had a condition I never had.
