The St Pete office held up one of my awards because they said they did not have my DD214. It was on the first page of my C-file. They are lazy. NJBB62 Posted September 8, 2011 Author Share Posted September 8, 2011 Iris called me today and told me that the average time after the claim moves to Decision phase is 92 days for St. Petersburg, Florida, they have received all my paperwork from SA, I guess we will wait and see how true this is.
