COOL BREEZE Posted November 16, 2011 Share Posted November 16, 2011 When they told me that my claim was approved 3 weeks ago they said I was waiting for a signature. I tried to trap them today and asked if the reason it was taking so long because I needed 2 signatures they wouldn't fall into the trap. The rater that does the claim has to give it to a senior rater to sign off and check for mistakes. One or 2 signatures-still a waiting period.
