That is a pretty low threshold....More ways to bog us down....

I like the sound of it though...even without the check....means we have an award starting point!

The best I remember is that payments of 25K or more must

have 2 signatures.

DAV told me several years ago that I had a snowball's chance in Hades....

Mine was such an uphill fight....

When they told me that my claim was approved 3 weeks ago they said I was waiting for a signature. I tried to trap them today and asked if the reason it was taking so long because I needed 2 signatures they wouldn't fall into the trap. The rater that does the claim has to give it to a senior rater to sign off and check for mistakes. One or 2 signatures-still a waiting period. The difference is on how long between the 2, weeks, or months!

It will be good to move on regardless...If this has to go to a lawyer or whatever....Nice to almost be through with the AMC !!
