Varo Vs Bva

Question

What has become apparent to me is that the VAROs may serve to act as a denial buffer. The possible reason may to limit the possibility of successful claim by elongating the process in an attempt to frustrate the veteran into giving up. Certainly I see cases here, and it is true for me, where the concrete evidence is dramatic (especially if the benefit of the doubt is supposed to go to the veteran by law) and yet ignored. The truth is that, for most of us, the quicker it can go to BVA for appeal, the better.

I have a friend whose son became disabled and filed for SS disabiliity in July. By the end of August he had been approved.
