my denied claim has been awaiting a travel Board hearing ( BVA).

Is it too late to submit any further statement or evidence, pointing out the error that the RO made

wanted to add to question ----

if so, do I send it to the RO or to the BVA, or both ?

If te claim is still at the VARO and you have not received a letter advising transfer to the BVA or any BVA hearing date, I would send any further evidence you have (with proof of mailing) to the VARO.

For claims already under BVA jurisdiction ( the BVAombudsman's email addy is here somewhere so best to check sometimes)

send any additional evidence directly to the BVA. With proof of mailing.
